In case you missed the big news, we’re kicking off ESO’s 10-year celebration with a huge in-person event hosted at the SugarFactory outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, from April 5-6, 2024. If you’d like to join us, don’t worry, you can still grab tickets from now until March 12. That’s only a week away, so don’t wait.

EVENT PROGRAMMING
The first-ever 10th Anniversary Celebration event features two days of fun where you can mix and mingle with members of the ESO development team and your fellow players.
ZeniMax Online Studio’s developers in attendance will include Studio Director Matt Firor, Creative Director Rich Lambert, Art Director CJ Grebb, Live Services Director Jo Burba, Lead Encounter Designer Mike Finnigan, Lead Combat Designer Brian Wheeler, Project Lead Kira Schlitt, Zone Lead Ed Stark, Lead Writer Bill Slavicsek, Lead Gameplay Producer Yvette Nash, and Lead Live Producer Ellen Clarke!

Day 1—April 5
- 10th Anniversary Keynote
- Look back on ESO’s legacy, crafted together through 10 years of gaming, as we reveal more about what is in store for the massive 15-month celebration.
- Traveling Down the Gold Road
- Learn about ESO’s next major release, the Gold Road Chapter, as we share more information related to Scribing, the new zone and story, and more.
- Origins of Elder Scrolls Online
- Dive deep into the beginning of ESO’s long history, including its initial pitch and early days of development, with the team who were there at the start. Includes special guest: Former Bethesda Head of Publishing, Pete Hines!
- ESO Voice Actor Q&A
- Some of ESO’s most-beloved voice actors join the team for a live discussion about the game and their work.
- Design Deep Dive: Creating a Zone from Start to Finish
- Find out everything that goes into the creation of ESO’s explorable worlds, from their initial pitch and concept to the worldbuilding and content stages.
Day 2—April 6
- 10th Anniversary Celebration Cosplay Contest
- Check out our first official cosplay contest and cast your vote in person with a winner crowned live on stage!
- Tabletop to Tamriel
- Discover the hidden and surprising connections between ESO (and modern roleplaying games in general) and classic tabletop gaming. Includes special guest: Tabletop and video game industry veteran and former ESO Loremaster Lawrence Schick!
- #ESOFam Feud Game
- Team up and compete to guess the most popular answers to survey questions asked of the ESO community. Stay tuned for details on how to sign up and participate!
