With the launch of Diablo 4 Patch 1.4.1, players have discovered that Masterworking is unavailable – but Blizzard is working on a fix for this bug.

Thanks all for letting me know about your workarounds

ie: Run any pit level, transmute materials, etc.

We are still wanting to correct this for those that arent aware of the workarounds.

Thankfully, Blizzard seems to already be on the case. Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the Diablo 4 team is looking into the problems and attempting to find a solution.
