On February 8th, Season of Discovery goes into the next Phase. In Phase 2, players will gain two new Runes per Class, a new Raid and the Stranglethorn Valley PvP Event opens its gates.

With Phase 2 of Season of Discovery just around the corner, Blizzard announced that the Mark of Honor from Warsong Gulch will be purged, in order to prevent players from hoarding them until Phase 2.

According to active Logs from Blackfathom Deeps between January 3rd and 9th, almost half a Million players were accounted on the Season of Discovery Servers.
