The Seventh Column Chaos Charity Tournament is a Destiny 2 PvP competition running from July 9 to 28, bringing some of the Bungie Foundation’s biggest supporters together to compete for glory, have some fun, and help raise funds that will bring positive change to the lives of people across the globe. This is an opportunity for everyone in our community to get involved, be a difference maker, and earn some sweet loot along the way.

Our Bungie Day fundraising campaign directly supports our work across children’s well-being, inclusion, diversity and equity, as well as our ongoing partnerships with humanitarian organizations.
As part of our partnership with Make-A-Wish, we had the honor of hosting Cooper and his family at our studio earlier this year. Cooper got a chance to meet the team behind his favorite game, Destiny 2—he also got a sneak peek at some weapons coming to Destiny 2 later this year 👀, and even got to play the role of his favorite character, Calus, in our motion capture studio.
Cooper is an inspiration to us all and a reminder of the power that we have as a collective gaming community to make the world a better place. Thank you for entrusting the Bungie Foundation with your support and for making moments like Cooper’s wish possible!
Seventh Column Chaos will pit Destiny 2 teams from around the globe against each other, competing in 3-v-3 Crucible with a little dash of chaos. Pre-determined match modifiers, loadout restrictions, and custom game types will ratchet up the fun and keep our teams on their toes. We may even call on our community to help us throw a last-minute curveball at these Guardians.
Matches will begin on July 10th, with the semi-finals and finals broadcast live via the Bungie Foundation Twitch channel on July 25. Join us, representatives from our nonprofit partners, and special guest shoutcasters who will be live in-studio calling the tourney action. Viewers will be able to add some additional dashes of chaos to the final matches via voting on match modifiers and we’ve got some extra fun things planned you won’t want to miss – and oh yes, donation-based wheel spins will be making a triumphant return and ratchet the chaos up further.

In addition to our event incentives, we will also be rolling out lifetime donation incentives that can be earned during the campaign as well:

This year’s tourney is sure to be action-packed and anyone can be a fundraiser to help us reach our goals. No matter how big or small your community is, your fundraising efforts make a real difference.
$500 fundraiser emblem: Gratiam Flair
Top three individual fundraisers earn Seventh Column Chaos VIP for next year’s stream, which, among other perks, grants them the ability to set the modifiers for next year’s tournament finals.
Top 25 fundraisers are the Stadium Crowd for next year’s stream and will get to submit custom images for inclusion in the Twitch stream overlay for the following year’s event.
