Hotfix from January 22nd – Additional Changes to Legendary Weapon

In the latest Hotfix, the Legendary Weapon Fyr’alath has been updated, reducing the damage of the passive Mark debuff but buffing the damage of the on-use ability.

Alongside the Class Tuning that occur today, Blizzard has also added some changes to the Fyr’alath Legendary Weapon.

Items

  • Fyr’alath the Dreamrender
    • Developers note: We’ve heard feedback about the ease of use of Fyr’alath’s active ability and are making adjustments to address this and further encourage its use without significantly affecting overall contribution. These changes will be going live with realm restarts.
    • Mark of Fyr’alath is now correctly applied to all secondary targets of Obliterate and is additionally applied by Rage of Fyr’alath’s final strike.
    • Mark of Fyr’alath damage decreased by 20%.
    • Rage of Fyr’alath duration is now affected by Haste.
    • Rage of Fyr’alath damage increased by 15%.
  • [With realm restarts] The Manuscript of Endless Possibilities should now be the Vial of Endless Draconic Scales. If you had acquired the manuscript you should now be able to find the Vial waiting for you in your toybox.
