The War Within Alpha Build #4 has introduced a new Zone, Levelcap of 80 and two new dungeons. Alongside these main features, Blizzard already added more Items into the game. We have been checking the Crafting Recipes for all Professions and gathered new information.
We updated our Enchanting Guide for the current Alpha Build #4 and discovered the first few tooltips of the Gleeful Glamour Scrolls.
These new Scrolls allow players to cosmetically change their race to a desired other race, lasting up to 60 minutes.

This still does not solve the question about Racial Bonuses in World of Warcraft. Certain classes are more prominent in certain content, like Dwarfs & Night Elfs in Mythic Dungeons due to their unique racial bonuses.
While these new Enchanting Scrolls allow players to play any race, but cosmetically transfer to the one Race they optically desire, it might give players less reason to play their favorite Race, instead opt-in for the Cookie-Cutter Race for the content they are doing.
