The Dreadlord Regalia is a new Cosmetic that launched in the Ingame Shop. It uses similar Wings as the ones from the Dragonflight Epic Edition.
The Ash’adar, Harbinger of the Dawn Mount has been a previous reward from the Trading Post which was available for free.
It is not clear when and how often Trading Post rewards will come back in the future, but it seems that Blizzard does not hesitate to bring back these rewards as a paid option to the ingame shop, even in a limited time event.
